Web 2.0 video definition

The term Web 2.0 received a lot of attention lately. Not only because it is a fancy concept, but also because it is changing the way we interact, work, communicate and live.

Michael Wesch, professor of Cultural Anthropology at the Kansas State University created an outstanding video to explain how the whole phonomenon started and where it is heading, check it out:

“Web 2.0 is linking people (…) people sharing, trading and collaborating. We will need to rethink a few things… copyright, authorship, identity, ethics, aesthetics, rethorics, governance, pricacy, commerce, love, family… ourselves.”

Just out of curiousity, how did you post the video? Did you just link to it or use a plugin?

I copy & pasted the embed code that you see on the details about the video. I think it is the easier way.

It definitely is. It showed up in the feed in Google reader which is something plugin’s can’t do. The last time I tested the embed code, it broke with IE..
