The 101 Innovation Breakthroughs can be used in many different ways.

One of the most interesting way that it has been used is by a client that ordered 400 for all their managers and executives. The instruction for each manager was everyday to look at a different innovation breakthrough and reflect about how it is innovative and then to apply those principles to her own challenge. This 10 minute activity has increased the dialog about innovation within the companies but also has driven incremental change and accelerated discussion of bolder ideas.

A fairly low cost way to get culture change.
