#11, paperless office. This was probably labeled a flop due to "some" companies not taking advantage of it. Many govt agencies have gone paperless, Many of the biggest companies in the US have implemented a document management system. The companies that have taken advantage of this technology are leaps and bounds ahead of what used to be their competition. They are seeing paperbased companies in their rearview mirror only.
