Sujan, yeah people usually learn those after working for several years, nonetheless the Universities could save those people a lot of time and headache if they touched upon those competencies throughout the courses.</description>

I agree with most of your points. I would say however, that there is another point that can be quite difficult for some people to grasp, namely that perfection is not always a good thing. In school, you can &quot;buy&quot; good grades, simply by paying with lots of time. Spending all your time on a project might make sense in school, but that is not good in business. You have to prioritize, and sometimes, you have to accept that good enough is actually optimal - especially if it means that you can be done sooner (something that rarely has any value in school).</description>
