Now the industry has focussed on the user - commercials and ad campaigns directly influence the consumer who in turn influence the doctors to prescribe these medicines.. so the user is the influencer .. often! Same with office equipment companies - here bluk pricing drives the purchasing dept and mostly dictates the choice of vendors and volumes.
