		<description>Personally, I use a lot of the crowdsourcing sites for my web development.  I tend to rely on other programmers because it is more worthwhile personally to sell than to program.  It is easier to sell a website or a technology solution and then source it out than code it myself or pay someone in the area to do it.  In the end, the opportunity cost is much greater.

As you point out though, it is extremely important to find good networks to work with though.</description>
