		<description>What to learn? That is a good question. In this post I tried to address the importance of reading as a way to develop knowledge. But I agree with you that knowledge is not the only thing to learn, nor the most important. I think one should develop attitudes and competencies (soft skills) before the knowledge. I will talk about that in an article soon.</description>
